Sale Terms

    • Sopkart.com is marketing and distribution company, not a manufacturer.
    • Our responsibility ends once the goods leave our warehouse.
    • All products are sold with a valid GST invoice. To include your company’s GST number, provide it during checkout along with a copy of your GST certificate.
    • A convenience fee of 2% applies for buyer cancellations before shipping; this increases to 5% after shipping. Modifications after shipping incur a 3% fee, while no charges apply before shipping. Refunds are processed once the returned product is verified to be in its original condition.
    • Convenience fees are non-refundable for payments made via Bajaj EMI. For buyer-initiated cancellations post-shipping, a 5% deduction applies.
    • Components sold are individual parts and do not constitute a complete system unless explicitly stated.
    • Inform us at purchase if the product is intended for abnormal usage environments, as warranty may be void otherwise.
    • Customers are expected to review and understand these terms; ignorance does not exempt responsibility.
    • For gaming chairs, only part replacement is offered for defective or damaged items. No refunds apply.
    • For “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) claims, all product accessories must be included. Missing items will disqualify DOA claims.
    • Physical damage, tampering, or mishandling voids the warranty. Installation requires a qualified PC hardware engineer.
    • Sopkart.com reserves the right to cancel orders due to price or stock issues.
  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.

WARRANTY & RMA TERMS:

    • All products carry carry-in warranties. Buyers bear shipping costs for RMA requests outside our policy window.
    • On-site warranties are covered only within the manufacturer’s service range. Otherwise, the warranty shifts to a carry-in service.
    • RMA return shipping is not insured for transit damage; we bear no liability in such cases.
    • “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” means direct manufacturer support. For assistance, contact us.
    • Always include a copy of the invoice for warranty claims.
    • Warranty repairs/replacements are accepted only for products in good physical condition.
    • Products with broken components, tampered seals, or physical damage void warranties.
    • RMA/Warranty claim timelines depend on the manufacturer. Sopkart.com facilitates the process but does not control delays.
    • Warranty is void for damages caused by mishandling, improper installation, or power issues.
    • Warranties cover manufacturing defects per the manufacturer’s policy. Customers must approach local service centers when available.
    • Warranty services include repair or replacement based on manufacturer policies.
    • Incomplete products missing accessories or packaging may be rejected for warranty service.
    • Service disputes must be addressed directly to the manufacturer or distributor.
    • Warranty services require full payment completion.
    • Sopkart.com may revoke its RMA/Warranty facilitation services without prior notice.

    • Sopkart.com disclaims warranties of all kinds, including implied warranties of accuracy or fitness for a purpose.

    • Cash payments above ₹50,000 are not accepted.
